Lemon pepper.
You must be a very good rapper because her song goes hard on mute.
I can hear I can hear it.
No, I can't.
Oh, okay.
But but but No, I was saying that like I feel like that's enough knowledge, like when you said well like just kind.
Compiling like little Python scripts into an executable.
I feel like that's knowledgeable enough to really do anything.
I mean, there's more trial and error involved, especially with like here's the thing is like you can totally just like give I mean, like you shouldn't, but you can just like set up Cloudflare, give like AI a full access API token where it can just do anything on
your account, which probably isn't like recommended, but you can definitely do that and it
Is like smart enough to not fuck shit up so long as you're using like a not retarded model.
So honestly, I think what you said is like knowledgeable enough to start a website or really just start anything.
I didn't I was I didn't even finish reading what you said.
case do you think cloud chat GPT are sufficient to bridge the gap between what I know and what I ought to know?
Absolutely.
I also think that like I mean you won't really learn it.
Like you have to like start kind of get started in order to learn.
Like I mean even back in the day when I was learning to code like I made these shitty insecure like terrible websites.
But I mean that's how I learned is I made those shitty terrible websites and then people like exploited them which helped me learn about like security and
Shit like that.
And I think the same thing applies even in today's age of like agentic shit.
Cause like realistically, you can have an agent code stuff and audit and review and there's kind of a whole process behind it, but you don't need to do all that really.
My website it supports like different or like open vibes source code supports different streaming methods, which most streaming platforms only support RTMP.
So I need to make dinner.
Or at least get started on making it.
What do you think is harder to code a streaming website or a video sharing website?
Probably video sharing.
'Cause like streaming, I mean I don't know, they kinda go hand in hand.
Because if like if you want streaming, you generally want VODs, right?
So
streaming's way easier just like without any of the VODs considered or anything because you're just streaming data that then gets decoded on the viewer's end, and that's it.
There's nothing extra to it.
You don't have to worry about storage.
You don't have to worry about like blah blah blah, like CDNs and you know, cross like regional servers and all that crap.
Harder by like a small margin or harder by an order of magnitude.
I think by a small margin.
I think also like Yeah, I mean there's like a lot of ways of going at it too.
Cause I mean, you can just host shit ghetto for cheap but
If you don't care about like, you know, replication, like having your shit like stored in multiple locations so that, you know in the event of failure you have a backup.
I mean it kind of depends on how deep you want to go with it, ultimately.
Okay.
Pretty cheap, but also I don't want the radioactive voice
Yeah.
I mean you can do it on the cheap.
It all just kind of depends.
But it's still like I think anything's pretty easy to learn now.
It's really just a server, like a st I mean if at the at the in the simplest form, like you know, a video is just a file.
And like all the website's doing is serving the file and then like supporting seeking and other features, maybe.
You don't even have to really support that.
robot streamer doesn't support that.
They literally just give you
A raw MP4 file or WebM.
So it kind of depends on how far you want to go with it.
Because like the the setup on OpenVIB is a more intricate setup where it uses a mix of Cloudflare and Backblaze.
It'll like put stuff onto Cloudflare that's more popular, which very little content is.
because Backblaze has like a you can only use so much bandwidth on your account.
But that's also like a more intricate setup.
'Cause I don't actually use st I don't actually store anything on the the streaming server itself.
It's all just I mean actually I do.
There is like a hot storage that's temporarily stored on the streaming server, but then it's offloaded to Cloudflow or black bla backblaze.
Aw, so you run into memory lean.
Okay.
Half it, wash it, cut it.
Sorry.
Wash it, cut it.
Scoop the seeds out, it's life in the moons.
We have green beans?
Sure.
Oh this yeah.
Yeah, we should try that.
Missy.
Sage.
I assume you probably studied coding in college, right?
No.
I just learned how to code when I was twelve or like eleven.
By like coding Gary's mod community on servers.
It's a nice I was also like, I mean like formerly I was a data analyst at Amazon, which let me learn a lot of AWS products, which are AWS is like
Extremely overcomplicated for no reason.
Or not for no reason.
It's meant for enterprise and like corporate business.
So that definitely it like definitely forced me to learn like the extra nerdy corporate shit that you don't don't really need.
Although I guess some of the principles like S3 buckets is even used by open vibes like a ghetto S3 system.
just like a a storage standard that Amazon made, I guess, so to speak.
Or SDK API standard.
I don't know.
It's a lot of kind of platforms like Backblaze and stuff support
S3 style bucket systems.
Which is it's really just Amazon's system that they made when it comes to file storage I guess.
With security and blah blah blah blah blah.
recommend for learning the gist of all of this AI is useful but only if you know what questions to ask and its canvas has the habit of sticking itself in a memend and circle.
That's a really good question.
I have no idea now.
I like when I was learning programming like there wasn't like now I feel like YouTube maybe is probably a good resource and all that.
I don't know.
When I was learning programming I had to learn from like Wikipedias and like kind of shitty ass shoddy websites.
So there's probably even I mean there's like those gamified platforms and stuff.
I feel like there's a lot of resources when it comes to that.
I'm not I w I don't even know.
See I knew how to code before AI, so like the AI just makes it easier.
Like t tremendously easier.
'Cause all you really like all you really need to know now is like what you're kind of looking for, which is like code theory in a way.
And that's all you really need to know now.
Like it it kind of sucks in a way.
Like I spent so much time learning how to program and now anyone can do it.
I actually think I don't really think it sucks.
I think it's kind of cool that everyone can just kinda do whatever they want, code whatever they want, learn whatever they want.
I honestly I think we all benefit from that ultimately, even if it does mean some drama or fucking whatever.
Stealing drama, whatever.
There's a lot of like theft that comes with the whole air AI territory.
From the perspective of someone who can
Yeah.
This is linked to the knowing what questions to ask thing.
That only that cat heightened over time.
The smarter AI becomes the easier or the the the less that gap.
Oh yeah, I almost I started filling the dishwasher.
But I didn't quite finish.
Yeah, that's kinda I got all the dishes and then I was like, oh need to run the thing.
Oh.
Haid until I learned what compiling actually does.
Claude Cloban's help.
Yeah.
How c however, like compiling doesn't necessarily matter in a lot of like for instance, like Node.
js, JavaScript isn't a compiled language.
It kind of is because it does get just in time compiled.
But that's like that doesn't really matter.
Like you don't need to know that.
I mean, I guess like it's still important, I guess, knowledge to have to understand how like the computer interprets instructions.
Sort of.
I don't know how much how important that.
that really is.
you know.
It doesn't seem like it's insane insanely important.
Well check it out.
My AI is applying for jobs.
Yeah I s I set it up today literally just now to go on Indeed, LinkedIn, ZoopRecruiter.
It's also going directly I think to Microsoft.
com and stuff.
It's even making an account.
I just used it as an example.
Like, without the knowledge of what to tell the tool to do, the best it can do is something vague and inefficient.
Yeah
But I I feel like the gap isn't like I feel like hmm I I don't know.
I guess, but I feel like learning
I mean I guess like you have to know like some fairly I mean you have to know like fairly basic like problem solving or troubleshooting skills.
I think it's less important to know functionally how
Yeah, I I mean I I think it's less
Functionally important to know how shit works.
As long as you can like problem solve and debug so you like tell it what's wrong, tell it what you don't like.
I think ultimately that's how you learn in today's like
way of doing things.
It's so cool watching my AI just like
do shit for me.
No.
Do we have parchment paper?
So it's basically trial and error and Google Foo at this point.
Like you wouldn't optimize studying the stuff that's in college, right?
Yeah, I really wouldn't.
Unless you're trying to I mean it depends on if you're trying to go work at Microsoft or like a mainstream company.
Company, then yeah, I mean they probably want to see a little bit of that.
Wax paper?
Or is it I don't think it can be paper?
Maybe it can.
What's the difference between wax paper and parchment paper?
Is it not the same?
Wax paper is wax.
Do we do we not have parchment paper?
No, we only have one portion.
I mean that'll probably work.
I don't know.
Yeah, says it's microwaves.
It's probably up and up and see, but if you say to use this then I'll use this, I don't care.
The question is, well.
Should I use a separate pan for the salmon?
I don't think they'll both fit.
I mean
Once I cut this up, do you think it's probably gonna be about Oh I didn't notice that.
I think.
We'll see.
Maybe the salmon will go on that.
Alright, I toss all this shit in a bowl.
How precise were the prompts in order to get the result we see now?
Like, did you go full coder on it, or was it more like make it shiny?
It was definitely a more full coder in the beginning.
I mean when I started this website, we were only on
Opus
3.
8 or something like that.
Like the AI's gotten substantially better since when I first started on this project, so it was way shittier in the beginning for sure.
Now I think you can be pretty vague.
So long as you're using like, you know, JetGPT Astra or Opus five point five.
Even like Deep C four point one is like pretty tremendous for the product.
And then now you have Gemini.
Do you think it's worth paying for it now, or would the three models be capable of doing the trick now?
The free models are the free models are retarded.
Actually, the free models are retarded, but there is really good cheap model.
Deep Seek 4.
1 is like very, very capable of making a site like this.
I mean so you'll yeah I mean like the cheap models are pretty damn good now.
I didn't the free models I don't e that the free models don't even really exist.
like you can get away with cheap, but not free.
If you want something like good.
No, I do think it's worth paying for like.
So legit damage boo-poo shit.
Don't demon off.
Yeah, I don't I don't think I would really bother with the free ones unless you're unless it's like No, I just wouldn't bother with the free ones.
You can, I mean, Deep Seek is probably the cheapest.
I actually haven't tried Aron, which is the new Gemini offering, which has some like promotional pricing right now.
I feel like I have this conversation with ChatGPT once a week.
Maybe more than that.
Where
Comparing all the Frontier models versus
this is probably the most recent one I've done.
It's kind of hard to say without like trying everything, too.
Because like codex, like benchmarks don't mean fucking shit.
I do really like this is like my favorite benchmark.
Ass bench.
It just literally.
Really just one prompt.
Dude, it's ass bench.
It's so good.
The the Argon ass looks a little flat.
That put a little too much.
Look, it's got like this little circle.
Opus kind of looks bad though versus I don't know, like
this one broke.
Oh they also have this poke feature, you can poke the ass.
It does work pretty good.
I mean Opus is pretty fucking how am I supposed to interpret this paper?
I mean, I I don't think this is a very good actual benchmark.
I do also think a lot of the benchmarks are very trust me bro, cause like Astra looks good on paper right now, but I I do actually think these type of benchmarks have value to a certain extent, cause this is the type of shit people are gonna be making with it.
Asses, you know, like body like like player models in a video game.
You don't want your shit looking like this.
Look at that.
That that's that's a human?
That shit looks like a chimney or something.
You know, versus this.
This is like, see, like here's the thing.
This is This is months after I started Open Vibe.
So when I when I started Open Vibe, we were on like Claude 3.
8.
This is 4.
5.
So this is what AI was able to do a couple like some amount of months after.
That's a good question.
How do I interpret accuracy?
That is a really good question.
question.
I think really it's I mean, I mean like realistically, if you just look at it like an ass.
Because like this ass is kind of weird.
Look at the like indentation.
It doesn't look assy enough.
Now the butt cheeks kind of look good but the ass crack.
Like you're the the underwear don't stick up your ass crack like that.
I mean just you know you just take it like a a real thing.
Some of them are kind of bad.
Like the Astra here it has that little like
weird circle going on.
Left looks like an ass, right looks like a fell mau I don't know, bro.
They all look like a ass, but they all have like like look, look, th the the clothing like look th that that clothing would fall apart on that one.
Well that closing it's a little better there, no?
Look, it's like held on by a string there, but here it's it's maybe a little more fleshed out, but then you go to the back and you see this kind of like type.
But no I'm
Isn't really a good like benchmark like true benchmark.
It kind of is.
I really think all the benchmarks combined.
I think the visual benchmarks like that are actually good if you had like a site with more than just ass.
Like maybe it should comp compare like body, like upper body and stuff.
It should definitely have some more features.
Okay, so the model generates a 3D model and you judge its accuracy based on how
Close it looks compared to an ideal or just based on vibes.
I think a little of both.
Both an an ideal ass and just I mean that is kind of what if you're going based off an ideal ass, I would say that is kind of just going based on vibes, no?
Because vibes, I feel like vibe is kind of turned into this term that only a k only a human can really understand what a vibe means.
Like to a certain extent anyway.
Like vibe is like our term.
So I I I think those those kind of go hand in hand.
Ideal and vibes is kind of what vibes means.
It's just kind of like the human aspect of it.
At least that's kind of my interpretation of the word vibe.
Kind of like slo it's like the opposite of a vibe would be slop, I think.
An ideal in the sense of code.
Like you tell it to make X and the resulting model is within a certain set of standard deviations.
Yeah.
But I don't even think that site's that complicated.
I think it the prompt I mean I'd probably look, but the the prompt is probably pretty straightforward.
I don't know how much you you can probably deviate pretty pretty far on an ass benchmark.
Alright, I gotta slice this shit up.
Start on Guinea.
The Sonnet 4.
5 is kinda growing on the NDL.
Yeah, I think the Sonnet is almost the best.
They all have like different.
So that's why it's like kinda hard to go just faced off ideal.
Ideal ass.
Claude Opus four point five max from September sixty is actually ideal.
I kinda well, I don't know about Opus four point five.
Let me look at it.
Honest bench.
Get out of here, bro.
That looks like an alien spaceship.
Four Does it not look like us?
Opus four point five max?
This is what I'm seeing, dog.
It's actual garbage.
Looks like us.
The ideal ass.
Alright, yeah, see
Alright.
If you go based on that, it does look like ass.
It doesn't look like a ass.
It looks like ass.
You're right, very right.
How come you decided to actually code this website instead of just getting up remade?
Well like I was saying earlier, when it comes to like live streaming websites, there's all of them are t RTMP.
As far as I know.
This support this site supports low latency both with eb WebRTC and like the traditional JSM peg, which is like the OG robot streamer streaming method.
RTMP.
What does it mean?
It's s it just I don't actually know what it stands for, but it's it basically it allows for more of a buffer.
It it has benefits.
It just means more stream delay.
But it also means you can transcode, which means like you'll have different quality settings available.
You know, like 720p, 40p, shit like that.
While the stream you're watching right now is WebRTC, which pretty much just I mean, there's probably a tiny bit of a buffer, but you're getting like the video and audio feed straight up.
So it's just less delay.
All that means is less delay, and it also has the the
Disc benefit or like the con of like you don't you're not able to change the quality settings, which for people on shitty internet connections that can be bad.
There's also JSM peg, which is even less delay, but it's even shittier quality.
So
realistically, it's just so that it supports the low latency.
Because I do actually have two robots, one Madacus gave me, which is a Cosmo, and
And a Raspberry Pi based robot that I wanna like to have user controllable bots.
So and that on a traditional site like Kick or whatever, some copy pasted shit is gonna have a lot more delay.
Stream delay.
Which kind of ruin which kinda ruins it if you're trying to have a robot or anything that's needs like the extra the be less delay.
I feel like dude this had so many seeds or innards.
Like look how much actual squash.
I mean it'll be enough for us though.
How much does it even cost to run this?
Because in my mind, one would need a server.
Rented cloud storage and all that stuff.
So this site only costs like To be honest, I have the actual streaming server on a kind of an overkill server.
Storage costs really aren't that much if you're using something like Backblaze.
You can probably run a site like this with more viewers.
Let's say like a concurrent, like let's say you have a concurrent viewer base of like 500 to 1,000 viewers.
You can probably do that with like $40 a month.
If the person streams a lot.
Like you know, if they're doing a 24-7 stream, then maybe more upwards of $60 a month because you did storage cost, you know, storage cost, literally storage cost.
But also you can do like intelligent systems, like like what I have set up is basically it it uses backblaze, which is really cheap, for storing all the VODs that have one viewer, like one view total or two views total, and then actual popular VODs will automatically like take the backblaze copy and put it on
On Cloudflare.
So ninety-eight percent or ninety-nine percent of the VODs are literally just pennies.
While if a VOD is actually popular or being launched, it'll automatically scale and put it on Cloudflare.
So I mean you keep h hosting cheaper by using shitty storage for the shitty VODs no one gives a fuck about.
Or you know, things you don't need to retrieve fast.
And with a lot of viewers.
Cause you you can at like you can
Like the sh even the shitty VODs load pretty fast.
But if someone were to like DDoS the site or something, things would just automatically start going to Cloudflare.
DDoS is also something you have to kind of consider ultimately.
I mean I people will have probably have already tried to attack this website.
And the traffic also keeps increasing on like a daily basis.
So I mean it kind of depends on how many viewers and all you kind of expect to have.
I'm also not even really making I'm not even make I'm not making any money from this at all.
I don't even have any of that configured yet.
So
don't advertise this.
No, there's no ads.
I actually probably won't ever use ads.
Unless they're like if I had ads to this, it would be like built in ad system.
Like instead of ad words or something, you'd be able to just upload like
Like a gif your own kind of like stylized ad.
I don't really think I want to.
Ripwand on.
What do you mean, bro?
You can't even donate bits or t whatever.
I think I call they're they're vibes on here.
But I don't I don't think if I ha
I don't I don't think it's configured properly.
Richard Dooly has donate five hundred thumb bits.
Holy sh one hundred and eighty on an on.
You think it's one one eight?
Maybe.
Then GDK.
I don't think it's GGK either.
Maybe.
Okay.
No, I'm putting the squash into my I've never and would never be with an N-word.
No, didn't you just hear the sound you just played?
Okay.
Oh, it's my recipe.
Oh here it is.
One to two take a rope.
Oh my god!
Good point.
Goney gunny gunny gunny gunny gunny gunny gunny gunny gunny gunny gunny gunny How would the storage aspect look if the platform was more video sharing heavy rather than mostly stream with some VODS?
Probably not too bad.
It kinda again it kind of depends on popularity of the VODs.
Storage is cheap.
Bandwidth is kind of what it eats it cost.
Like if you have storage that no one ever fucking watches, if you have a VOD that only one viewer every you store that.
Like for like penny.
Or even a fraction of penny.
It's unlimited, you fucking idiot.
It is, but once you start mixing video files, it kinda depends.
Cause when you once you start wanting to store large data, as in like our site already has like the our videos, like VODs on open vibe, it's pss blah blah blah.
I don't know how much it is.
There's a whole control panel for me to look.
And I think even Mancus can look too.
Blah blah blah blah.
Yeah, fuck you, that's what
I'm making my dinner.
So
pennies, even if it's say terabytes on video.
Yes, but only if that video cause there's like there's
Cold storage, right?
Like so if your videos or your files are only getting like one view, it ultimately you can use something like Amazon's like AWS Glacier, or I'm sure there's like a lot of alternatives to it.
But that's like really cheap storage, but very slow access time and not really it's not you don't have to scale if you're starting to get like more traction on your videos.
Fuck you.
Do you listen to my blah blah or
have some billy?
So big bag.
Small bag width.
Yeah.
That was borderline gay.
I I think you can also like I mean I on does have a point when it comes to bandwidth.
If you
if like if let's let's say like the your VODs are probably like two terabytes or under, and you can handle it everything on just one server.
It it really depends on how many viewers you're gonna get, but you can host self host storage on like a two terabyte server storage.
storage machine which
blah blah blah blah.
My kind hide.
Ah goddammit.
Hello?
Works out.
Like ultimately it really kind of depends like what a de like exact characteristics you're trying to go for.
And how dead your website is ultimately.
How alive your website is.
Mine's on very alive.
Let's say I'm trying to make proto YouTube.
YouTube from twenty years ago.
Yeah, you could probably do that pretty cheap.
Let's say shitty YouTube.
Honestly it all depends on what kind of blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah it does.
Exactly.
It does depend on what kind of thing.
Never blah blah blah never be with an N-word.
Is that Ginger saying that?
Or is that that
it's A.
Who?
Really?
Oh really?
How cheap does pretty cheap mean?
I was gonna say like sixty dollars.
Sixty to eighty dollars.
If if
Like we're talking about twenty YouTube twenty years ago.
A month.
Wow.
Maybe even Wow.
I mean it kinda kinda depends, but that that's what I would a good guesstimate.
Honestly, it all depends on what kind of blah blah blah blah blah blah.
It does depend on blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.
But a good blah blah blah blah blah a good rough estimate.
I'll give you sixty eighty dollars.
Sixty dollars.
I was expecting something around hundreds of dollars a month.
If we're talking like YouTube twenty years ago
Ago.
Somebody made an AI image of her with a Nigro while Lowells was out of town, and she called it out.
I've never and would never be with an N-word.
That's great, honestly.
Honestly, it all depends on what kind of Honestly, it all kind of does depend on what kind of blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.
Blah blah blah blah blah blah.
Hang on, I'll get the law for ya.
Wait, hold on, get the blah blah blah blah.
Matica sent a link to X.
I'll check it out.
I'll trick it out.
Finish my squash.
I've never and would never
B with an N-word.
When I say YouTube twenty years ago, are you thinking of the prototype, or are you thinking of the YouTube?
That was already out there and growing pretty fast.
I feel like it happened.
I'm going back out to fix jumps and rip around my track.
Honestly it all depends on what kind of ash in eager dog and dirty flaws and chases clout of overweight Australians.
That was very unique.
See I can tell that was typed by a human.
Well
I so yeah I mean I I would say more of more of like the prototype.
I feel like in order to like give you a a like like a good answer I'd have to like actually look at like what YouTube's traffic looked like twenty years ago.
Which I'm sure you can probably just chat GPT.
But first I must finish putting this on a plate, putting it in the oven.
Obviously it all depends on what.
I've never and would never be with an own word.
Circumstances are important.
I mean, I'm more curious about your libel estimate and attached answer, since you probably know more relevant details, even if not exactly precise.
AI's answer on on what kind of YouTube traffic or YouTube was handling or Google was saying.
I guess are we talking pre I'm thinking more like when Google first bought YouTube a little bit.
I hope these are good.
I might have fricked em up.
I don't know, I just kind of like YOLO'd the spices.
Google bought YouTube, it would be sixty not eighty dollars per month.
I think so, yeah.
I don't know though.
That's kind of like not assuming uploads got crazy crazy insane around that time, which they probably did.
Honestly it all depends on what it honestly all depends on kind of blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah you do kind of need
analytics and metrics in order to kind of figure out
Or gauge pricing.
I think there's ways of going at things really cheap though.
Because I'm also saying I'm also saying, you know, you're looking for budget pricing, not standard enterprise, you know, multiple replicated backups of things, blah blah blah blah blah.
You just said blah blah blah blah blah.
If you're just going for kind of budget hosting.
Which I'm sure like in the Google days, like say twenty years ago, or
Yeah, like twenty years ago.
I s Google probably bought YouTube a little more than twenty years ago or twenty one years ago.
But like I'm sure Google started replicating things and making the operation more expensive than it needed to be in the sake of backups and everything else.
More like something that can exist until I can get some poro anca to post tabs on it so it can self sustain.
Okay.
Then yeah, sixty bucks, bro.
Sixty, eighty bucks.
Well in that case, like you
Might even be able to go a little cheaper, but shit would be like kinda ghetto and you'd have to be a little more maintainer happy or you know maintaining your your platform, making sure shit's right.
But I think like you can get a good stable investor ready product for probably eighty dollars a month.
With more than just video, some other random shit thrown into
And then
blow my nose.
What do you estimate the development costs me?
See that's a different question, really.
I think obviously it all depends on what it honestly
All depends on kind of blah blah blah blah it does blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.
It is a lot of blah blah blah.
development costs I don't know.
I don't think you should hire a guy off of Fiverr because my AI, for instance, is already making its own Fiverr account and posting shit on there and doing things as an AI.
So you might as well just use AI.
Fucking L Mao.
Like I that was like one of the first things my agent
did when I started saying just like make money for me is it just started spamming Fiverr with random shit.
Vibe coded shit.
So don't do that because that site that site Fiverr specifically literally in terms of service allows AI and all that.
Like the part of the reason my AI jumped onto is cause like the terms like allow it.
And so it was like, well I'm not sure if you're not going to be actually work.
Like make money.
I haven't really like explored the Fiverr option as much as I I should have so 'cause I think there's better ways of doing that.
But I think that yes, if you set up an agent properly on Fiverr, it can make money.
I don't think it'll make a crazy amount of money.
Honestly, I haven't really explored your mother because there's better ways to do it with AI.
Now I I really don't think you need like literally the Claude hundred dollar plan, which can be maybe that's out of your budget, but that'll get tremendous amounts of work done.
Like especially if it's just video you're trying to do because like one of the th I mean like the scope of what I'm trying to do with open vibe and all the different domains and platforms is kind of wider than it should be.
That's why I had to start using like command code, open code go, the deep seek API and stuff.
Because if I was just purely using Claude, I would be hitting my because I'm on the two hundred dollar Claude plan.
And I would be hitting my hundred percent usage of this kind of project.
Just putting money in the AI will outperform hiring a
I think so.
I think so, yeah.
Yeah.
I I even think even just putting money into Claude probably isn't even the most budget friendly option.
It's just, in my opinion, the smartest option.
Codex you'll probably get more I don't know.
I think that probably the cheapest route is using Deep Seek.
I haven't used Deep Seeks like I've been using Deep Seek with Claude code, so just basically overriding the API
when it comes to claude code using deep seek instead and that's pretty smart and there's probably better ways to use deep seek deep seek's like
a man per operational agents yeah claude really is like the the the bar I think chat claude like chat gbt open ai and now actually Gemini Gemini was way behind for like the last six months or so however it does look like with the new benchmarks I haven't given it a chance and I probably won't
Give it a chance because you probably expect they want like a hundred dollars for the Google Gemini plan.
I think Claude.
Yeah, I think like Claude is the bar of high performance AI.
I do think it does swap between open AI like Codex and Claude once a month.
One becomes better than the other, and then they kind of fight between them.
It honestly all depends on how much you can afford on AI OK Chat AI Black and the new.
Benchmarks AI plan claw I open high performance codecs.
Yeah, pretty much.
Just mumble jumble a bunch of words.
It does kind of I don't know how much it def depends on affordability.
Cause I think that you can get a lot done using Deep Seek, which is cheap.
Like you'll be able to probably make a comparable openvibe.
live type shit for like twenty bucks.
Maybe even cheaper than that.
It won't be the the one thing I've noticed, so like the Claude or or anthropic and
Probably Chat GPT are better at UI, so if you want like nice looking user interfaces, they're much better than that.
But or much better, much better than like Deepseek or Minimax or just like any of the Chinese AIs when it comes to like interfaces.
However, they're really good at backend shit.
So it's like you can kind of get away with probably pure deep seek 20 bucks invested with a little front end deep seek format.
Pretty much, yeah.
It's probably the cheapest route to go.
But there's like a million fucking options.
Or just Chinese AI.
It doesn't really have to be Deep Seek.
Open Code Go, Command Code both have like a lot of Chinese models that you can use and get you get more per dollar than using the API directly.
However, there is also opportunities.
Like I was using Deep Seek and like Deep Seek gave a full credits balance for anyone who spent money between like, I don't know, like a w like a two week period, they just gave him the full credits.
Which I'm still like using that up to this day.
So there's like benefits of using the APIs because like, you know, they the providers kind of give these sc resets and money balance, gift balances, and blah blah blah.
There's a lot of money just being thrown around in the realm.
Like kind of all of all this.
Especially like Carmel Harris arrested for drunk driving.
Nah.
Like actually.
Nah, you trolling, bro.
You trolling.
How sharp do you estimate the learning curve would be?
Like, right now, I'm slowly descending from the tip of Mount Stupid on the Dudding Crude effect graph.
I I don't
think the learning curves are high.
I I that's kind of like not a good question for me though.
And I don't know.
The the landscape of learning now is just like completely different than it was when I was younger.
I so I think it's pretty pretty good.
I don't know.
I don't use
I I I don't have to learn as much as
Like I there's not much learning required from here, so
I
don't know.
Like for generating something related to a website.
I think that depends.
I think
I think the best way, I mean the best way to come up what's the level of detail when going coder mode.
I think the
like I have a whole pipeline, like a nerdy pipeline, when it comes to prompting the AI, it goes through like it prompt generation.
Phase where it like refines my input.
I really think though, like if you just want to generate good prompts, honestly, just use like ChatGPT and ask it to generate a prompt for whatever it might be, like give it your vibes.
And I think actually that's a really good way of just doing things in general is using ChatGPT.
Because like one of the things ChatGPT can do, which you can even see like these right here, these pull requests, is especially with an open source product like mine, you can just ask ChatGPT, here's my code base.
Here's the GitHub links.
here's what I want to accomplish.
Can you generate a prompt that's suitable to then feed to Claude or like whatever?
If you want to get really nerdy into it, I don't even really think you need to do that much though.
Now, like I feel like Julian's point.
Yeah, so I mean, like with an open source project, what's what is really nice about the open source project is you can get away with just using free chat GPT to look at your GitHub directly, and it even has these things on you can see them on screen, like the pull.
Request that even like recommends things for it to check.
So, but that only is it's going to work with an open source project that's on GitHub, but it does let you generate prompts and kind of go back and forth with Chat GPT on your project for free or a little cost.
You can even do it like the like the $20 plan or whatever.
which is a good way to like generate your prompts.
I mean, like the best way to generate prompts is to ask the AI to generate prompts, and that'll give you kind of the best formatting, guys.
Guidelines and stuff like that.
Do you do it manually?
Control plus C, Control plus V, or is it automated to some extent?
Yeah, I have my shit automated.
So I have it kind of automated.
Not even
Even to some extent, to a lot of extent.
'Cause I'm using command code go, open code go, claude, codex, and also deep seeks just like raw API.
And I have like a whole pipeline and all that stupid ass shit.
Working on your resume?
Cool.
Well thanks for the conversation.
This was very insightful.
Good.
I'm always down to have a conversation.
I think you should.
I think you shouldn't just cancel it after.
Plus it I think is honestly I think plus is
To me, but I I'm a heavy AI user, so I do think plus is worth it though.
I can generate it can do a decent with like a lot of cool stuff really.
Anyway, see you on.
I don't know.
I mean
at work there's a lot at your job there's a bunch of resources you can just use that aren't Jet GPD.
Like a lot.
You mean quick site?
I'm there's a bunch of a Amazon resources.
I'm sure there's literally like when you're internal, just go to the Amazon wiki and just type like AI resources for me or whatever.
There's a shitload.
I don't even think you need to ask.
There's a whole like Wikipedia on w.
amazon.
com dedicated for employees.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
